Warnings" -- "Sensitive" and Copyright

Hello,

I continue to receive warnings in my email, nearly every day, from the folks at blogspot, letting me know that some material that I posted has "sensitive content". (See below for a sample email.)  And, just recently, I received several emails notifying me, in very vague terms, that there's a possibility that some of the images I've posted are violating someone's copyright. (See below for a sample email.) These emails were vague and unsettling, and did not point out which images were under scrutiny. If the emails had indicated which images were under scrutiny, I would certainly delete those images. But, since I don't know which images are being looked at, I have no way of knowing which images I should consider deleting.

I am finding these sorts of emails from the blogspot folks tiresome and intimidating. These emails are taking away some of my enjoyment of blogspot. I do like blogspot a lot. I appreciate being able to share my poems there, and also appreciate it as a place to share images that I love. I would love to keep posting on blogspot. But these emails are definitely dampening my sense of fun at being there.

I'm hoping these unpleasant emails will stop.

I do hope they will stop soon.

Note: blogspot is not actually putting a warning in front of any of the posts that they say they are posting a warning about. Each of those posts shows up just as I posted it. Glad for that anyway! Also note: blogspot already issues a warning about the content of my entire blog at the beginning of a session whenever anyone looks at my blog. This is what that warning says: "Sensitive Content Warning --
This blog may contain sensitive content. In general, Google does not review nor do we endorse the content of this or any blog. For more information about our content policies, please visit the Blogger Community Guildelines." The person wishing to see my blog then has to push the button that says "I UNDERSTAND AND I WISH TO CONTINUE" in order to continue on to see my blog.

Anyhow! I am tired of the unpleasant emails that the blogspot folks are sending me, and am eager for these emails to stop.

Best wishes,

Carl Miller Daniels

First, let me point out that ALL folks posting nude or sexual images are getting the Sensitive Content emails from Blogger. Every day for every post. It's their AI algorithm at work. The posts do not change and their blogs are ALREADY behind that same warning in the first place. Why? Who knows? Their AI isn't very intelligent if it can't recognize that.
Second, if your post contains an image that someone has actually filed an infringement complaint about, Blogger will Unpublish the post. Since none of your posts have been unpublished by them, there has been no formal complaint.
